He is the Co-Founder and CEO of CIV, and the Co-Founder and Chairman of The Nuclear Company, a fleet-scale nuclear development firm. Previously, Patrick founded and served as CEO of Inspire, a clean energy technology company acquired by Shell (NYSE: SHEL). An EY Entrepreneur of the Year award winner in Cleantech and Renewables, Patrick has also been recognized by Forbes, Fortune, and Fast Company. He is a member of the global leadership council at Conservation International and YPO LA, a community of global chief executives dedicated to leading impactful organizations. Before Inspire, Patrick co-founded Independence Energy and Energy Plus, both acquired by NRG (NYSE: NRG). He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jeff is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and community builder. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of CIV. Prior to founding CIV, Jeff co-founded Summit, a leading business and thought leadership community. Jeff also co-owns Powder Mountain, the largest ski resort in North America. As an active angel investor, he has made over 50 early investments in companies including SpaceX, Uber, Warby Parker, Scopely, and Devoted Health. Jeff also serves as a Senior Advisor to both for-profit and nonprofit organizations and was an early Senior Advisor to TPG Rise. He sits on the board of the Ocean Conservancy and is a member of Conservation International’s Leadership Council. Jeff is the co-author of Make No Small Plans, a member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and holds a BA in International Business from American University.

Previously, she was a private/growth equity associate at Main Street Advisors, where she managed investments from a $1B+ fund, and a senior analyst at Inspire Clean energy, where she played a key role in the company's sale. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California.
Abhijoy Mitra is a career investor in energy, technology, and industry. Most recently, he was General Partner at Coatue, leading venture and growth stage investments in climate-tech. Coatue deployed $3 billion, building a portfolio of 29 climate-focused companies. Previously, Abhijoy was a technology investor at Valor Equity Partners, managing over $15 billion in assets. He began his career at Lazard in investment banking and graduated from Yale with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics.
Stephanie’s decades of C-suite experience at the intersection of law, policy, and regulatory transformation helps companies scale in complicated, unpredictable regulatory environments. In addition to serving as Chief Legal Counsel to Colorado's Governor, Stephanie has served as Chief Legal Officer for three different technology companies and most recently served as CEO/Chief Legal Officer of Inspire, a leading clean energy company that was acquired by Shell Industries in 2021.
Andrew is a creative director who has helped build some of the world’s most impactful brands in technology and climate innovation. His work for Apple involved collaborating with the executive team on communications and launch efforts from 2009–2017. More recently, he founded the creative studio AZS, where he crafts brand, strategy, and storytelling to scale new companies at the vanguard of energy, finance, health, and technology.
Jonathan’s investment experience spans commodities, quant finance and climate focused venture capital. Most recently, Jonathan incubated and built AlphaStudio, a unit at Two Sigma, a $60 bln quant hedge fund, that generated hundreds of millions of dollars in alpha annually. Jonathan holds a Masters in Data Science from UC Berkeley and an MA in International Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
